Interior Painting of the The Fairfax Room in Kingsmill Resort

89-Paint completed interior painting and staining work at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. The project centered on The Fairfax Room, an event and meeting space used for gatherings at the resort. Our team handled a comprehensive scope of work inside that room to address both painted surfaces and stained woodwork.

The interior painting portion covered walls and ceilings throughout The Fairfax Room. We also painted doors, baseboards, and other trim to provide a consistent finish across the space. These elements were treated as part of a coordinated interior painting and staining effort to make sure painted surfaces matched the room’s overall look.

In addition to paint work, the project included staining / clear coating on select architectural features including the mantle and the mullions, along with other wood trim where specified. 

This project reflects a focused approach to interior painting and staining in a hospitality setting.
