Exterior Refresh to Historic Richmond Condos
This former school in Richmond's historic Church Hill was designed by Marcellus Wright and built in 1914. Now, this beautiful building are sought-after condos ranging from 914 to 1827 square feet. The goal with this multi-family residential painting project was to protect and preserve the beautiful architectural details. The outcome was a success and the dormers, cupolas, columns and looking great at almost 200 years old.
