Commercial Drywall Repair & Painting at Kinloch Golf Club | 89-Paint

89-Paint recently partnered with a disaster restoration company to complete drywall repair and repainting at Kinloch Golf Club in Manakin Sabot, Virginia.

The project involved repairing significant ceiling damage in a dramatic, high-ceiling interior space. With exposed architectural beams, extensive woodwork, lighting, and finished surfaces throughout the room, careful preparation and protection were essential.

Working alongside the restoration company, the 89-Paint team repaired and finished the damaged drywall and repainted the affected ceiling areas, creating a clean, seamless finish that blends with the surrounding surfaces. Our goal was to restore the space while preserving the character and high-end finishes of the club.

Projects like this demonstrate the importance of having an experienced commercial painting and drywall contractor involved in disaster restoration work. Once the source of damage has been addressed, proper drywall finishing, surface preparation, paint matching, and application are critical to returning the property to its pre-loss appearance.

89-Paint regularly works with disaster restoration companies, property managers, general contractors, commercial property owners, and facility managers throughout Richmond and Central Virginia. We can step in for everything from localized drywall and ceiling repairs to extensive interior repainting following water damage or other property losses.

Services performed included: drywall and ceiling repair, drywall finishing, surface preparation, paint matching, ceiling repainting, protection of existing architectural finishes, and commercial interior painting.

Whether the project involves a golf club, restaurant, office, multifamily property, retail space, or other commercial facility, 89-Paint provides professional drywall repair and commercial painting services designed to get the space back in service and looking its best.
