The process began with Helen Anderson, in sales, coming to my home and taking pictures and making notes during a two hour interview. She was very thorough in explaining the process and put me at ease with her friendly and outgoing personality. On a future visit to my home she introduced me to Jason Sapp, the production manager. He put the paint samples I had chosen on the wall, allowing me to live with the colors before making a final paint selection. He was also very cooperative when I asked for additional paint samples. Once the painting began, the crew that worked in my home were fabulous. They worked very hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. I had many different companies enter my home during the remodel and 89-Paint was by far the most conscientious and respectful. Jason also returned several times during the painting process, making notes and checking for trouble spots. When the painting was completed Jason returned and did a walk through with me making sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend 89-PAINT and will definitely hire them again to paint the exterior of my home. They are an exceptional company and I thoroughly enjoyed having them work in my home.
